InnovaTech is an environmentally controlled, high precision (4 micron tolerances are common) manufacturer covering a wide array of industries, including Military, Medical, Aerospace and Powered Hand Tool. Volumes range from prototypes and low volume production to tens of thousands of pieces per week. Military work encompasses a variety of components, assemblies and systems for launching and arresting gear on aircraft carriers, including complex specialty hydraulic valves. For the medical industry we manufacture surgical devices and pointed products such as trocars, hypodermic needles, suture needles, and surgical drills. Aerospace projects include specialty compressor components and machining of aircraft engine parts. Powered hand tool experience encompasses high volume production of transmission components, such as impactor mechanisms, armature shafts, steel and aluminum castings, powdered metal components, and hot and cold formed forgings.
